Weeks 2–4

Factory builds while you wait — anywhere but a muddy job site

Your home is framed, wired, plumbed, insulated, and finished in our climate-controlled plant. No rain delays. No stolen lumber. Quality-control inspections happen at every stage — framing, rough-in, drywall, finish — before the home ever touches a truck.

Flatbed arrives, crane sets, crew connects

The home ships on two flatbeds. Our certified set crew cranes the sections onto your prepared foundation, bolts the marriage wall, and connects water, sewer, and electric in a single day. Final inspection and walkthrough happen on-site before we hand you the keys.
